Mr. Rattan L. Khosa founded AMSYSCO, Inc. in October 1981. Mr. Khosa currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was Division Manager at Concrete Construction Supply, Inc. and Sales Manager at INRYCO, Inc. Mr. Khosa started his career in post-tensioning as a Design Engineer at Atlas Pre-stressing Corp.

Mr. Khosa holds a M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Additionally, his degrees include a M.S. in Structural Engineering from the University of Maryland, a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Rajasthan, and a Bachelors in Science from the University of Jammu & Kashmir. Mr. Khosa is a registered Engineer in several states.

Mr. Khosa serves on the Board of Directors of AMSYSCO, Inc., Post-Tensioning Institute, Khosa JG Foundation (charity), US-India Chamber of Commerce, and Entrepreneurship Advisory Board for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Khosa has served as President of Post-Tensioning Institute and has received the ‘Fellows Award’ from Post-Tensioning Institute in 2009. Additionally, he serves on many PTI committees and is Chairman of PTI’s Special Topics Committee.

Mr. Neel R. Khosa currently serves as corporate treasurer and Contracts Manager for AMSYSCO, Inc. Previously, he worked for Ragnar Benson, Inc. as an Assistant Project Manager for 4 years and for AMSYSCO as a summer intern for 12 years.

Mr. Khosa holds a M.B.A. with concentrations in Management, Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Additionally, he holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois-Urbana.

Mr. Khosa serves on the Board of Directors for AMSYSCO, Inc. and Khosa JG Foundation (charity). He also is involved with several committees for the Post-Tensioning Institute.

Mrs. Bharati Khosa has served as Corporate Secretary and Comptroller for AMSYSCO, Inc. since 1981. Previously, she worked for Prudential Insurance in the auto insurance department for 2 years.

Mrs. Khosa holds a B.A. in Political Science, Education and Sanskrit from the Women’s College Srinagar.
